I miss YA books
Or modern fiction, anyway. I'm sick of all this 1800's junk I've been reading. I need the action, adventure, mystery, and romance that only a good YA novel can provide. I really want to read Leviathan and The Hunger Games, but neither are currently available to me.
*I just ditched Henry James for Wuthering Heights and I love it. Seriously, it might actually reach my top 10 list, and it doesn't feel like I'm reading classical literature at all (Just a good book!). Sadly, I think I'll finish it soon, which will again leave me in my previous state of wallowing in my own YAlessness.
Anyway, Monday we had no school (Day of the Dead!), and today we simply didn't go (It was raining, Martina hadn't finished her
homework), so tomorrow will be my first day back in three days (Plus the fact that we ditched Friday). I can't say I'm looking forward to it, but whatever. I shall prevail! *Guards Wuthering Heights protectively against chest*
