From pencil to pen... I guess this means I'm progressing?

Just had art class; I chose a difficult new subject and got to work, spending much time on the detail of the face and enjoying myself thoroughly. Suddenly, Martina comes up to me and declares il professore wishes I draw in pen. Pen! I freaked out a little, saying "Spagli?" or "Mistakes?" but Martina just shrugged and walked away. So I started working in pen, same subject, new draft. Nightmare of nerves that I was, I think I did okay... ish. I kept messing up and saying "Fuck" and "Male" under my breath for the rest of the hour, though.
